The thoughtful listener

Charlotte is drawn to literature, history and the small details in people’s stories. At school, she enjoys subjects that invite interpretation and discussion rather than one “right” answer.

She comes from a close family that values long conversations around the table, which is why she naturally gravitates towards activities that help older people share memories, photographs and life experiences.

Celeste Brewster

The community builder

Celeste is at her best when people feel included. She enjoys team sport, school events and community activities where a group gradually becomes more comfortable with one another.

Growing up in a lively family has made her comfortable across generations. She brings energy without rushing people, and often thinks about how recurring games, celebrations and shared routines can create belonging.

Olivia Thomas

The practical organiser

Olivia likes turning good intentions into something that actually happens. She enjoys planning, mathematics and project work, and is usually the person checking that everyone knows the time, place and next step.

Her family has taught her that reliability is a form of care. For the team, she focuses on simple service routines—preparing materials, coordinating visits and making sure activities can be repeated rather than becoming one-off ideas.

Chloe Collie

The creative connector

Chloe expresses herself through art, photography and music. She notices colours, gestures and moments that others might miss, and enjoys finding low-pressure ways for people to take part.

In her family, creativity has always been something to share rather than perform perfectly. She brings that spirit to service through crafts, photo stories, seasonal decorations and gentle activities that make conversation easier.
